Web Help Desk Connectivity Issues


12:30am Resolved: We have resolved the issue.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues impacting the Web Help Desk ticketing system. Users are presently unable to access the service.

Our technical teams are diligently investigating the root cause and are working toward a rapid resolution.

Next Update: We anticipate providing a further update or confirmation of resolution within one hour.

Thank you for your patience as we address this high-priority issue.

BusinessPLUS & Employee Online Password Reset

Information Technology continues to review and improve upon our network and application security practices to mitigate access vulnerabilities and security risks. 

To that end, IT will be revising the current BusinessPLUS and Employee Online application password strategy to one that aligns with industry best practices. 

Effective December 15th, 2025, all BusinessPLUS and Employee Online users will be required to change their password to one that is a minimum of twelve characters in length and contains at least one upper case alphabetic character, one lower case alphabetic character, one numeric, and one special character ($, !, *, %, etc.).  For example, Re7$xN8tl%eR 

This configuration will strengthen the actions IT implements to protect the district’s application data.
