Information Technology continues to review and improve upon our network and application security practices to mitigate access vulnerabilities and security risks.
To that end, IT will be revising the current BusinessPLUS and Employee Online application password strategy to one that aligns with industry best practices.
Effective December 15th, 2025, all BusinessPLUS and Employee Online users will be required to change their password to one that is a minimum of twelve characters in length and contains at least one upper case alphabetic character, one lower case alphabetic character, one numeric, and one special character ($, !, *, %, etc.). This configuration will strengthen the actions IT implements to
protect the district’s application data.
