Cisco Phone System Outbound Calling Delays

5/8/2026 2:45pm - The outbound calling delay has been resolved.


When placing outbound calls on the Cisco phone system, we are experiencing significant delays before the phone will start ringing (more than 1 minute).  Incoming calls are currently working properly.  We have opened a ticket with AT&T and will monitor the situation for any changes.

Approximately 2400 staff members will be unable to log into non-Intune devices. If you are experiencing login issues, please reset your password.  If you need assistance resetting your password, please contact the IT Help Desk at 775-789-3456.

To enhance the security of our District systems and data, the IT Help Desk web portal is now only accessible while connected to the District’s secure network. If you are working remotely or off the District network and need to logon to WebHelpDesk to submit a support request, please contact the IT Help Desk directly by phone at 775-789-3456.
