New IT Help Desk Walk-In Hours

Effective immediately, IT Help Desk walk-in hours will be:

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

The IT Help Desk is closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch.

Due to limited staff availability to assist customers, walk-in support is not available outside of these posted hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide timely assistance to all users.
